Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. These terms will be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before the site's commercial launch. They do not yet constitute final contractual terms.

1. Provider

ELA Analytics, Kurlandstien 2, 1052 Oslo, Norway. Contact: info@ela-analytics.com.

2. Consulting services

Each consulting package has a defined scope. Deliverables, timelines, and prerequisites are confirmed before work begins. ELA Analytics reserves the right to decline engagements outside its area of competence.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Norwegian VAT (MVA) may apply to purchases made by Norwegian businesses or consumers; this is confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. ELA Analytics does not store card details.

4. Cancellation and refunds

For fixed-price consulting packages: cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 5 business days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available once without charge. If ELA Analytics cancels, a full refund is issued.

For subscription products (when available): you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period; no pro-rata refund for partial periods.

5. Free assessments

ANAR and LIAN assessments are provided free of charge. Results are informational only. LIAN is not a legal audit, security certification, or guarantee of NIS2 compliance. ANAR is not an accreditation. Engage qualified legal or security professionals for compliance decisions.

6. Software products

BELIAN and TRUSTR are currently available as pilot or preview access only. No purchase button is active for these products until production readiness, entitlements, and support paths are confirmed. Pilot access is by application.

7. Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for a client are assigned to the client on full payment. Background IP, frameworks, and tools developed by ELA Analytics remain our property.

8. Limitation of liability

ELA Analytics' liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
