1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone, company, message, and your consent timestamp.
• Assessments (ANAR/LIAN): name, email, phone, company, and questionnaire answers. Assessment documents you upload voluntarily.
• Bookings: name, email, company, preferred date/time, and meeting notes.
• Purchases: billing name, email, and payment references (card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us).
• Analytics: anonymised page-view and interaction data, collected only after you accept analytics cookies.

3. Legal basis

• Contract performance — booking and consulting engagements.
• Legitimate interest — responding to inquiries.
• Consent — marketing email and analytics cookies; you may withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation — invoicing and accounting records.

4. How we use your data

To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, invoices), and — with your separate consent — send relevant marketing updates.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers acting under data-processing agreements (Base44 platform, Stripe, Google Calendar, email delivery).

5. Uploaded documents

Governance, security, or compliance documents you upload during an assessment are stored privately, accessible only to the ELA Analytics team, and deleted within 90 days of assessment completion unless you request earlier deletion. We do not pass uploaded documents to AI services without your explicit, informed consent.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. You can change your preference at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. We do not serve advertising through this site.

7. Retention

Contact inquiries are retained for 24 months. Assessment data for 12 months. Accounting records for the period required by Norwegian law (currently 5 years).

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. To exercise any right, email info@ela-analytics.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
