Led the design, architecture, and implementation of a suite of automated processes for the IOSS department at Ruter, revolutionizing operational efficiency and decision-making. Developed end-to-end automation for processing delays, facilitating seamless operator communication, streamlining delay handling, and enhancing internal workflows through intelligent systems. Designed and deployed a robust data model capable of predicting snow accumulation on critical roadways, enabling proactive resource allocation and risk mitigation. These innovations significantly improved Ruter’s ability to deliver reliable and data-driven public transportation services.
